led by hands, creativity and connection
I’ve always been led by my hands through cooking, crafting, growing food, and expressive movement. Touch has always been how I connect with the world. Working with food and people taught me the importance of our senses, rhythm, nourishment, and connection, and how creativity flows through the simplest acts.
how massage became a natural path
Massage felt like a natural continuation of everything I love: working with the body, nurturing through touch, and creating spaces where people can slow down, reconnect, and feel restored.
rebalancing in a modern world
I’ve noticed how modern life, with more sedentary routines, devices, screens, artificial lighting, and synthetic materials, can subtly pull us out of sync with our bodies and our environment. Being in nature, eating seasonally, and reconnecting with our own bodies helps restore balance. Massage is my way of supporting this process by helping people feel grounded, coherent, and connected.
holistic and nature-led
I bring the same curiosity and care to massage that I’ve explored through gardening, cooking, and mindful living: a deep respect for the body, the seasons, and the ways we can nurture ourselves back into balance. I am MTI-trained, ensuring every session is grounded in professional, sensitive, and safe practice.
join the rhythm
I’m a massage therapist, not a teacher, but I love sharing what I learn through food, nature, movement, and living more simply. My aim is always the same: to help you feel more connected to your body and the environment around you.
