About me
I’ve always been drawn to what helps us feel well; the rhythms of nature, the food we eat, and the ways we care for ourselves. Massage connects me to that sense of real, felt living, it reminds me that health is not only about diet, movement or strength, but also about how we breathe, rest, and respond to life in our different environments.
My work is informed by ongoing professional training along with independent study. I have a deep respect for the body’s innate intelligence and approach each session with care, curiosity, and attention, drawing on a broad understanding of anatomy, touch, nervous system support and how our environment shapes our thoughts, behaviours, emotions, and physical health.
Trained with the Massage Training Institute, my approach is grounded in professional, sensitive, and safe practice, creating a space where you can fully relax and feel supported.
